| We exist to facilitate success for our clients. Success is calculated differently in every case. A positive outcome in some cases is mitigation of damages, where in another case it requires an award of some threshold amount. Our mission is to produce a more positive result for our clients than they would have been able to achieve otherwise. This is seen in increasing the number of biased jurors who are disqualified for cause, instead of through the use of peremptory strikes. It is seen in crafting more persuasive argument, or coming up with trial themes and analogies. It is seen in identifying the previously invisible land mines in our case, in time to make the strategic adjustments that keep success at hand. |
